Who is responsible

FluxVision Adventures is an independently operated service based in China. For questions about the operator or personal-data processing, use the contact below. Contact 1508771379@qq.com for privacy questions and requests. This notice covers the adventure collection; the existing privacy notice also describes retained training and account features.

Accounts and sign-in

Accounts are for adults aged 18 or over. For Google sign-in, we receive your account identifier, verified email, name and basic profile information. We request openid, email and profile permissions, not your mail, contacts or files. Google handles its own password. Our existing email sign-in service also processes email and authentication credentials. Essential session cookies keep you signed in.

Library, orders and support

We store saved adventures and the date of your first signed-in starter download to maintain your library. For checkout we process your account identifier, email, product and order references, expected amount, currency, payment status and timestamps. We send your email and order information to Waffo Pancake to create checkout and retrieve verified payment and refund status to manage downloads. Payment-card details are entered on the provider’s checkout, not stored by FluxVision. We also process the information you choose to send for support. Our separate sandbox checkout is for test payments; it still processes account and test-order information.

Why we process information

Account, library, payment and support processing supplies the service you request. Security checks help prevent unauthorized access and fraudulent downloads. Where a legal basis is required, we rely on contract performance for requested services, legitimate interests for proportionate service security, consent for optional processing, and legal obligations where applicable.

Cookies, local storage and public counts

Optional Google Analytics 4 measures page visits, product views, preview and starter download interactions, quiz and puzzle completion, catalog age-filter selections, opening the photo-sharing invitation, and review submission only after you choose “Allow analytics”. No Google Analytics script is loaded before that choice. We do not send account names, email addresses, review text, order identifiers or payment-card details to Analytics. We send only allowlisted campaign labels and sanitized page addresses. Advertising features and Google Signals are disabled. You can refuse or withdraw using “Privacy choices” in the footer; withdrawing reloads the page to stop the loaded analytics runtime. Google may process analytics data outside your country under its privacy policy. Declining analytics does not stop essential account functions. Your browser stores language, motion preferences and an unsubmitted shopping list locally until you clear site data. These preferences and that list are not submitted to our server. Essential login cookies remain necessary for account features. We may publish an aggregate count of distinct signed-in accounts for which our server returned the free starter PDF. This is not a count of children, paying customers or completed games; guest downloads are excluded. We do not display account identities in that count.

Providers and international processing

Cloudflare hosts the website, files and database and processes network and security information. Google provides optional sign-in and website fonts. Waffo Pancake handles checkout and payment records. Our support mailbox is provided by QQ Mail. Feishu delivers operational order notifications to our operator through a private bot. Those messages contain product names, order references, amounts and payment or refund status, but not buyer names, email addresses or payment-card details. Their services may process information outside your country, including through global infrastructure. Provider processing is subject to their own terms and privacy notices. We do not sell your personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We may disclose information if lawfully required or as needed to protect the service.

Player reviews

Adults who have downloaded the free starter while signed in can submit a nickname, rating and review. Submissions are private until moderation; we publish only the nickname, rating, review text and download-verification label after your explicit consent. Download verification does not prove the game was completed. We do not request children’s personal information. Reviews are linked to your account, and account deletion removes them. Request corrections or removal through our contact email. Ratings are calculated only from published reviews; no test or fabricated reviews are displayed.

Optional play photos

Adults may send optional photos of printed kits, table setups or hands at play to our support email. Please omit faces, children’s names, school information and other identifying details. Email submissions are private support correspondence, not automatic public reviews. We request separate written permission identifying the photos or quotations and intended website placement before publication. Sending a photo does not grant permission for website publication or advertising. You may request deletion or removal through our support email.

Retention and deletion

Library and account-linked adventure checkout records remain while your account exists and are deleted when the existing account deletion process completes. Minimal webhook records containing event and order identifiers are retained for payment reconciliation and duplicate-event protection. Notification queue and delivery records are retained for retry and duplicate-message protection; they do not contain the raw webhook body or full card details. Support correspondence and provider-held records may remain while needed to resolve an issue or meet applicable obligations. We have not implemented a fixed automatic deletion interval for these operational records; contact us for a specific retention or deletion request. Clearing browser site data removes local preferences. Provider-controlled records follow the provider’s retention rules.

Your choices and rights

You can browse previews and download the free starter without an account, remove saved worlds, sign out, and manage your account through account settings. Existing account deletion restrictions, such as cancelling an active legacy renewal, still apply. Contact us to request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, or to object to processing where those rights apply. We will respond within applicable legal time limits and may need proportionate verification. You may complain to your local data-protection authority. We do not ask for children’s names, photographs or accounts; contact us if a child has supplied personal information.

Security and changes

We use HTTPS, authenticated account access and server-side payment verification. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Please do not send sensitive payment details through support email. We will update this notice before introducing materially different data collection, such as optional storefront analytics, and obtain consent where required.
